What to expect during the tour

This two dives day trip to Koh Tao will explore 2 dive sites that suited the condition of that day in Koh Tao area. At The Life Aquatic, we are looking for a dive site that will have comfortable water conditions and a safe environment, while maximizing the chance to see some cool animals like whale sharks. Please note all marine animals are not promised, as they are wild animals they may come and go. The first dive will be taken in a calm bay area, where divers can recheck their skill and their equipment. But don’t get us wrong, this area still offers abundant life underwater. However, if you are a more experienced diver, you can choose to go to a more adventurous dive site. For the second dive after divers get comfortable, the whole group will explore the area which maximizes the potential to see action underwater. Koh Tao is also known as Turtle Island and is a haven for Scuba divers all over the world. Only 1h15 by speed boat from Koh Samui, Koh Tao is home to a vast array of diving opportunities. With its many beautiful coral gardens and submerged pinnacles to explore, there is an abundance of marine life waiting to be discovered.

Requirements

• Minimum certification: Open Water Diver
• Complete medical form checklist and medically fit to dive
• No flying for at least 18 hrs after scuba diving

How to get there

• We provide a free hotel pick-up and return for Bophut, Bang Rak, Choeng Mon, Chaweng, Lamai, Maenam and Bang Por areas. Please schedule the pick up and provide us your hotel location in advance. Your pick-up time will be confirmed after we receive hotel information from you.
• For transfers to and from Nathon, Baan Taling Ngam, Thong Krut, Bang Kao and Hua Thanon, we will charge additional 500 THB each way per group (not per person)
