Golden Queen Fast Boat shall not be liable in any way for the cost of any accommodation or for any alternative means of travel that may arise through substitution, cancellation, or delayed trips. Any additional expenses arising shall be the sole responsibility and liability of the passenger.

Booking changes are based on seat availability and should be made at least 3 days prior to guest departure for the regular season, and 5 days prior to guest departure for the high season (June, July, August, December, and January).
