Cancellation Rules

Passengers who wish to cancel their contract before the departure will be subject to the following penalties based on the travel fees: Cancellation within 15 minutes after ticket issuance: Full refund Cancellation one day before departure: No refund, and all fees will be forfeited Cancellation two days before departure: 25% penalty of the ticket price Cancellation three days before departure: Full refund Excluding fees and service charges. In the case that the company cancels the trip, customers may request a refund for the ticket for the canceled travel date. If the company needs to cancel the trip, customers have 30 days to submit a refund request through the agency where the ticket was purchased.
