Passenger Notice : 
1. Passenger proceeds to CKS Ferries to Mainland China/Macau Ticketing Counter located at Transfer Area E2 and DO NOT go through immigration procedures and reclaim baggage.
2. Passenger with checked baggage (by airline) arrives at CKS Ferries to Mainland China/Macau Ticketing Counter at least 90 minutes before schedule ferry departure time for ticketing and transfer procedures. For passenger with hand baggage only, 30 minutes would be sufficient.
3. Passenger must present CKS E-Voucher or Transaction Number and Verification Code in exchange ferry ticket(s) at CKS Ferries to Mainland China/Macau Ticketing Counter.
4. Passenger must transfer to Mainland China / Macau within the same day of arrivals.
5. Passenger must hold a valid travel document and visa to destination.
6. Passenger must present baggage tag (by airline) at CKS Ferries to Mainland China/Macau Ticketing Counter for baggage transfer.
7. Each passenger is entitled for ONE free of charge check-in baggage, any extra piece of baggage will be charged HK$60 each.
8. E-voucher is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-re-routable.
