Each passenger is entitled to a maximum of 2 pieces of luggage (1 suitcase, maximum 20 kgs, and 1 small bag) carriage free of charge. If loading space is available, excess luggage will be carried at the company’s standard rates, or may be stored at the company’s office in Bali if space is available. The company reserves the right to check the contents of any baggage and to refuse certain baggage items. The company accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to luggage during transit.

LUGGAGE ALLOWANCE
Each passenger is entitled to a maximum of 2 pieces of luggage carried free of charge while not exceeding a total weight of 30 Kg. Golden Queen Fast Boat reserves the right to check the contents of any baggage and also refuse any baggage items. Golden Queen Fast Boat does not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to luggage during transit.

VESSEL SUBSTITUTION & DELAYS
Golden Queen Fast Boat reserves the right to change the vessel in any way whatsoever without any liability to the passenger. Golden Queen Fast Boat shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury which may arise in the event of substitution, cancellation, or delayed trips. Golden Queen Fast Boat shall not be liable in any way for the cost of any accommodation or for any alternative means of travel that may arise through substitution, cancellation, or delayed trips. Any additional expenses arising shall be the sole responsibility and liability of the passenger.

BOOKING CHANGES & OPEN TICKET
Booking changes are based on seat availability and should be made at least 3 days prior to guest departure for the regular season, and 5 days prior to guest departure for the high season (June, July, August, December, and January).

Please note that fast boat transfers with Golden Queen Fast Boat are NOT suitable for the following guests:

1. Pregnant woman
2. Guests suffering from heart conditions
3. Guests suffering serious back complaints or
4. Guests suffering from any serious physical impairments

1. The above schedules and travel times are subject to change without prior notice due to weather conditions or other factors.
2. Stopover in Padang Bai / Penida is generally 10 – 20 minutes.
3. Last Check In time is 30 minutes prior to departure time. Passengers arriving after this time may be deemed as “no show”.
4. BlueWater Express reserves the right to modify trips in the interests of customer comfort and safety.
